For the return trip from Ba Na Hills, the tour provider will inform the exact pickup area on the participation date via message and email. If you cannot find the pick-up area, please contact the tour provider.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The driver will wait for five minutes at the pickup location.
Please present the booking code and passenger name list in English to the driver upon boarding.
There is a standard luggage size restriction. The maximum size permitted for one piece of luggage is 61 cm. Larger bags will be considered as two pieces.
Please note that a maximum of one standard piece of luggage and one handbag are allowed per person.
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that it is not guaranteed, but the tour provider will try to seat groups together.
The journey lasts 45 minutes.
