Quite place out of city crowd. Comfortable beds, perfect sitting area on front of fireplace (just have to be open double door to kitchen). Simply access to many top places of Tenerife by car. (without car I not recomend this place)

The guesthouse Las Pardelas is situated in quite local area Las Cruces between small beautiful historical towns like Garachico, La Caleta and Los Silos. All important places like grocery-shop, beach, local restaurants can be reached by foot. If you are using the rental car, then it is possible to park it next to the guesthouse on the secured territory. The house itself is very cosy, clean and well kept, a great mix of Canarian and Scandinavian styles. The kitchen has all necessary and in good condition equipment (pans, pots, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dish washer etc). A really good bonus for us was, that there was even an electrical orange juice maker and we could make ourselves orange juice from local oranges every morning! The kitchen had also all necessary types of plates and glasses, also some spices, salt, sugar and coffee. Charming living room with comfortable sofa, book shelf, candles, pictures on the walls - make really homely atmosphere. Also electrical radiators are there in case you get a bit freezy at night. The bedroom has a big and functional wardrobe with many shelves and sufficient number of hangers. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were too low for us, had to ask an extra set of pillows, but this was not a problem, we got them the other day. The territory around the house is super lovely: beautiful blooming bushes, aloes, cactuses and even banana palm-tree (if you are lucky and there are some ripe bananas, then owner is so kind and allows you to pluck some ;)) The hosts (Michael and Barbara) are very friendly and helpful! Any question you have or recommendation you need can be asked from the owners. As the guesthouse is situated on the big territory with their own house, then you have a secure feeling that you are not completely by yourself, but in the same time the planning of the both houses is absolutely private and no one disturbs nobody. We believe that Las Pardelas is the best guesthouse on the Northern Tenerife!

Value for money is exceptional. Location is easily accessible by bus as well as by car (private car parking outside property off main road and shaded). We stayed in Room 1 for 1 night. It has everything you need and more. Large fridge, toaster etc. One could even boil an egg. Everything is immaculate. There is a little private patio area just outside the door. A lot of attention for detail was applied when decorating the room. It’s a true little gem. Supermarket, beach and bus stop are within walking distance. We did not think the traffic was a huge issue - the windows are insulated. There is a fan in the room so again we did not agree with the fact it was not well ventilated. Ultimately reviews should be based on what you get for your money. You could not have asked for more for the price. We would definitely come back for a few nights if in the area. Communication was easy and friendly via booking, although we booked only within an hour of arrival. Recommended! ☀️

Self contained single storey accommodation with outdoor stair to furnished rooftop which made this place perfect for me. Sit on roof overlooking countryside with coffee/ wine...ideal for chilling or maybe some yoga. Contact with host was via messaging only, but response was prompt.
