We were the first guests to stay for 1 night during our short trip to Batumi for friend’s wedding. We were looking for a peaceful gateway in green mountains after a hot Dubai summer. There were no reviews available as the villas just went out for rent a few months ago, so we were a bit worried but decided to give it a try anyway.  And we got a very pleasant experience we were looking for. There are two houses on the top of the hill with great views overlooking the sea and surrounded by mandarin trees. Very nice place to unwind and de-stress.   Villas are fully equipped for short and long-term stay, there is a parking lot and bbq pit in each villa. The host and his family were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We didn't bring much provision with us as we stayed for only one night, but the host shared tea and honey with us and we had a nice tea break on the porch in the evening. A note for travellers: the place is located a bit remotely from the main road, so it is better to make sure you bring provision with you as there is no place for quick grocery shopping around. Also, do check the route carefully if you are driving there as the place is a bit off track and google does not show proper routes. We got lost on the way, but the host picked us up on the main road and guided up to the hill.

Great guest house, the best one i've stayed in, great area outside the house, 5 mins to the sea, owner's wife Inga cooks an amazing food, great kitchen. Located in the middle of nowhere but still it's just 5-7 min by shuttle bus to Kobuleti to pick up some food. Also Otari (owner) picked us up in Kobuleti on the first day and gave us a ride when we left. Highly recommended

It’s a family run business they live in the same property, very friendly and generous, they have really big garden so you don’t have to worry about the parking , well secured , from the backside of the property you will have access to grapes garden and the beach ( you need to cross the rail way crossing and the main road just 100m to the black beach )

Nice people, all very nice!!, Nice garden area.good for walks with our cat they don't mind animals which says in hotel policy's at the bottom for future guests. So all happy the listing was all true. Some listings are not in Georgia. Would stay again for sure.
