Brand new hotel / apartment complex, good low noise air condition, some basic appliances in a small kitchen. The host received us warmly and explained all one needs to know for a short touristic stay.

The property have a perfect location at 1 minute to the beach, a beautiful landscaped yard with sun-beds and a special view to the sea. The property accommodates two houses as a duplex, the main level being an open sleeping space, a small bathroom with an usual shower cabin and an open basic equipped kitchen. Is an interesting house and the second level is in fact a basement level with two single beds and a sleeping sofa. A barbecue area is ready to be used.

The apartment is very nice, the furniture is new, is well designed and you have all accessories you need for your stay there. Grigoria is excellent host, she was always attentive to our needs and questions. Next to the flat is located a mid sized supermarket. The location is just 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend the apartment and the host.

The apartment was astonishing, stylish and well-equipped. There were even a little playground for our children. They loved it! The hosts are the most hospitable and adorable couple I have ever met. We did not lack anything, they have even prepared coffee, butter, marmalades, different kind of juices in the apartment. The house was brand new and it was spotless. We are definitely going to return.

This apartment is newly renovated, modern and very comfortable, it is fully equipped for a family stay, and the beach is just a few steps away. The location is great for a day at the beach or for daily trips around Halkidiki. We enjoyed it very much. The balcony is amazing, it is all around the apartment and offers many posibilities to relax and enjoy.

From all, this was the best apartment we’ve been in Chalkidiki. Everything is clean, new and smells nice. For this price it’s very good deal. Friendly hosts will recommend you several places in the location.
