Excellent position, house overlooking the sea. Beautiful structure with natural stones. At arrival we found fruits, wine and raki offered by Maria There are two units in the structure, other are under construction. I rented the bigger one that is the nearest to the sea and with the best view.

The exceptional hosts, fantastic welcoming meal, amazing sea view, being away from crowds, close to nature, sea, original Greek home, cleaniness and tasty decor, plenty of space. We stayed 2 nights, and changed the plan to drive around during our stay, just to the good tavern 2km. Enjoyed swimming, being together, 2 sunrises, 2 moonrises and 2 sunsets.

Cosy Sudios are set in a courtyard with beautiful flowers. The location was close to the centre and the port. The room was the cleanest I have ever encountered in Greece and Afroditi the owner is very proud of her apartments, which had all amenities you could want. It is a real home from home, it even had a washing machine, ironing board and drying rack, as well as washing up liquid, and toiletry products. Afroditi lives above the property and is on hand should you need anything. She is such a lovely host who goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and local alcohol was provided upon arrival. Such a welcoming touch. Afroditi kindly let us leave our luggage in her apartment after checkout. If we ever stay in Sitia again, cosy studio will be the place we will come.

This flat is amazing - one of the best we've ever stayed. It is located 10 mins walk from the center of Sitia in a quiet part of the town. The flat is very spacious with big balconies which were perfect to have breakfast or just chill. It was very convenient that the flat had it own private parking space as we were travelling by car every day. We were met on check-in by the host and welcomed with traditional pastry and raki :) Very nice people and always responsive. Tuesday morning there is a market on the parking lot nearby which was great to get some fresh veggetables and fruits. Overall great experience!

Great room, attention to detail and quality with the decoration, huge comfy bed, nice little terrace, really everything needed for a pleasant stay and more! It's not by the beach but a mere 12 min away, which is totally fine and you avoid the crowds.
