The location is amazing. Incredible views and sunrise for the ones who can wake up so early to watch it. You can feel the positive vibes of the wild nature. A couple of appreciating remote beaches close by. Ideal destination for couples/families who would like to spend some relaxing time away from noise in privacy.

Nice villa with a great view! We spent a nice time here. The villa was very comfortable and it had a great view. The sunset from the terrace was amazing. We had also a full moon which was reflected great on the see during the night.

Our stay at Katoikia Spathi was one of the most memorable. The view is breath taking and villa is very nice, built in stone as per local customs. Roads are a bit rough, especially the last part which is unpaved and very steep, but the place itself is worth the effort. Our host, Dimitris, was very kind; he drove us there, instructed us on practical things and checked regularly on our welfare. Kea is a beautiful island full of pristine beaches and nice people.

This is a lovely, isolated villa, just a couple of minutes drive from Ioulis. It is just off the main road and is readily accessible by car. It has ample parking space. Our host, Mrs Vasileia, was there to greet us with the keys. She had baked us a delicious cake and there was water, orange juice and wine in the fridge and a few kit-kats for the kids! The veranda facing West has a spectacular view of the town, Makronissos and the East coast of Attica. The house has big, spacious rooms and French windows all equiped with window nets. There is a big fridge, an electric kitchen, a washing machine, a hair dryer, three fans, books to read and basically everything a family might need on a holiday. The decoration is very tasteful and there is an extremely helpful, printed guide of the island for the visitor in Greek and English. The wi-fi signal is great. There is also a smart TV with Netflix in the lounge. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Everything was perfectly clean! There is no air conditioning but it is pleasantly cool during the night and we didn't even use the fans. Mrs Vasileia is very polite, discrete and communicable and was more than happy to lend us her phone charger when ours broke. We loved Xyla beach. Spathi and Poisses beaches were also beautiful. Otzias beach can be too crowded.

Location is great in center of the chora, Ioulida, which is not on the coast but close by it. It is a hill town. From the property you can walk to great cafes etc but it is also very quiet and the view to the sea is stunning. Too bad I could not stay longer.
