Todo 😍 y la hospitalidad de la señora que en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Nos recogió en la estación de tren y nos llevo temprano para que no perdieramos el tren. El pueblecito es todo Medieval y no está masificado. La casita es de cuento de lo bonita que es con vistas al lago. Sin duda el año que viene volveremos

Really nice and well-equipped house where we did not miss anything. Beautiful and large terrace right above the local beach and another balcony on the second floor. Both with a great view of the lake and sunsets. Our daughter also appreciated the small inner garden with a swing. Private access to the local beach. The beach is beautiful and quite quiet and empty almost all day. Local people are used to visiting this part of the beach regularly. Occasionally there are local youths on the beach, but it's certainly nothing that would fundamentally disturb your holiday. It is definitely not a crowded place, quite the opposite. We loved the two large bathrooms ..... and lots of other great things. One of the best accommodations we have visited so far. Francesco (owner) was also very helpful and kind.

Very large apartment, incredibly spacious, clean, new and central in Dervio. Beds are excellent, kitchen has everything you need, even coffee and tea at disposal. Dervio is minutes by train from the main attractions of the lake buy still out if the noisy and crowded touristic focuses.

We had the best time at Casa Vittoria ! There could be no better location around the Lake Como. There's everything you need : grocery store at 2 minutes, parking for your car just by the house, direct access to the lake, and one of its beaches. The house is perfect, with all commodities and a great terrace with view on the Lake. Marco and his mother are adorable and answer all of your questions. Dervio is also the ideal place to stay, close to everything : 10 min from Belluno, 20 from Varrena, and not so long for Bellagio, Lecco, or Como. There is a little market everything night, by the shore, with sometime concerts. I truly recommend it ! Thanks Marco !
