If you stick around at the camp during the day, they will pamper you with fresh coconuts, show you how to prepare cashews, take you canoeing to Mida (Captain Daniel is a great guide, unlike some other "guides" you will find on the coast, he actually posesses an abundance of knowlege and has great spirit - he is so fun to be around!), and show you how to make local food. A special shout-out to the ladies - their cooking is amazing! Definitely join their cooking classes or, if you are more into eating, they will make you a great supper with fresh local ingredients. This is a growing organization - for now they can provide only the essentials of facilities, but the prices are adjusted accordingly. Even if you decide to spend your nights elsewhere, be sure to visit the camp and ask about the activities they provide. You will not be disapointed - Harrison with his team will make sure to exceed your expectations. A big thank you to the whole team - we will not forget you!

The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. The highlight for me was definitely the food - the resort has several on-site chefs that served us a variety of local cuisines, and every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. The resort also offered a range of activities and excursions for guests to enjoy, including snorkeling, diving,dhow rides,There is truly something for everyone here, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an adventure-filled getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Rafiki Jua to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Watamu. The combination of stunning natural scenery, excellent service, and fantastic food make it a top-notch resort that I can't wait to visit again. 👌🌊🏊‍♀️🌴🍽️

Location was good, although not very close to the beach. The close proximity to the swimming pool made an attractive alternative. A social and friendly environment, staff were extremely helpful.

The place is exceptionally good,, beautiful cottages-cool with ambience, cleanliness on top notch, customer service at it's best, Great room service, facility and amenities efficient.Just wow!

Perfect location, 4 steps to the pool, 15 steps to the ocean, you can hear the sound of the waves in the bedroom and on the terrace at night. Well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms with shower, living room with TV with access to YouTube and other channels. Stylish and well-kept furnishings. Beautiful plants on the terrace and in the garden throughout the property, guarded property, well-kept private beach, friendly staff who make sure you always have a deckchair on the beach or by the pool - whatever you choose. I recommend the Masai Beach restaurant in the area - great food at a good price.

Selles hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutuses on võimalik privaatselt parkida.... We have really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Andreas, our host. Very calm and peaceful environment. The pool and the garden beds were very relaxing. The path from the house to ocean (100 meters away) gives you an outstanding view. I recommend it 100% Thanks from Benjamin 🇫🇷

Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling staff who escorted us to our second floor apartment. Here we found ourselves on a huge balcony, where we then dined with a view of the pool and the starry sky. The apartment was perfect: clean and with a nice flower arrangement on the bed to welcome us. The location is fantastic: just cross the road to get to one of the most beautiful beaches in Watamu and in less than 5 minutes by motorbike or 15 on foot from the city center. In the staff there was even a cook, that based on our choice, made us a typical and cheap local dinner. To end our night we had a swim in the pool looking at the stars...a very special moment. We can only recommend Nadia & Ale house to everyone to be spoiled in a fabulous location.
