Boasting barbecue facilities and views of garden, 4Cantos Alentejo is a recently renovated villa situated in Mértola, 31 km from Menhirs of Lavajo. The place is modern and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and amiable. The location is perfect. When we return to the Alentejo we will stay here again.

Featuring a private beach area and views of mountain, Monte Vale - Organic Farm is a recently renovated farm stay located in Entradas, 39 km from Carmo Church. Amazing place with great facilities. The staff are 10 Stars and everything was perfect. We went with Kids and a dog and everyone loved it - the pool, lake, stand up padel, Kayak, SPA, amazing sunsets you name it. The breakfast was really awesome and anything you need you just need to ask and it will be delivered to you - really nice. Use and abuse of the barbecue and be ready to make some cool cocktails. Within the facitilies you also have a play room with snooker, games etc. everything you need!! We will def. repeat it and recommend to everyone.

Set in Amareleja, Monte da Figueira offers accommodation with a private pool, a front porch and lake views. The air-conditioned accommodation is 42 km from Reguengos de Monsaraz. Everything was amazing. We were 6 people and 2 dogs. > So much space inside the house, but specially, outside! It's enormous > You have everything you need in there > Internet is AMAZING taking in consideration this is really in the middle of nowhere (we had one person working from home for 2 days, and never failed) > The river, the view, the silence... there are things that you feel the money can't buy, and this are some of them

Featuring a garden, casa da Aldeia features accommodation in Mina de São Domingos. The property features lake and quiet street views, and is 49 km from Menhirs of Lavajo. Just a few hundred metres from the lake and lovely and peaceful in the evening. A little sandy beach which was packed one day and great the next. The lake has a very nice café which opens at 10am (as you can't make coffee at the apt, it was very handy!)

Offering a terrace and views of the village and of the Guadiana River, Casa do Funil is situated in the heart of Mértola's historic centre in the Alentejo Region. Very homely feel. Super close to entry point of interest. So much so it’s actually inside the old castle wall
