Пляжные отели в городе Rrushkull

Отличные просторные аппартаменты. Две спальни, два санузла. Просторная кухня, все очень удобно. Чисто, убрано. По любым вопросам можно было общаться с хозяевами - всегад помогали и подсказывали. Рекомендую

Beautiful house and excellent location, but serious problems with payment and management Let me start with the positive points: the house really exists and is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The location is excellent — very quiet, the sea is right in front of the house, and there are many restaurants nearby. The house is in good condition, the property is gated, everything was clean and well maintained, the swimming pool was great, and the bed linen was clean. We had no complaints about the house itself. There was only one small issue: we were given the wrong coffee, and despite asking for the correct one, it was never brought during our entire stay. However, the biggest problem was with the owners/management company responsible for the booking and payment. When we made the reservation through Booking.com, it clearly stated that the payment would be charged approximately two weeks before our arrival. However, every few days I received messages threatening to cancel our reservation because I had to make a payment to a specific bank account. This payment method was not part of the original Booking.com conditions. At the time when the payment was supposed to be taken, I had the full amount available, but nobody actually charged the card or processed the payment as stated in the booking conditions. Instead, I constantly had to contact Booking.com and try to understand what was happening. The situation became even more stressful when we arrived. They did not want to give us the exact address and told us that we could not enter the property until we had made the payment through their system. I was not comfortable transferring money outside Booking.com because the payment conditions had already changed and I had no clear explanation as to why. As a result, instead of simply enjoying our holiday and celebrating my birthday, I had to spend a lot of time communicating with Booking.
