Property is a very private setting located on large acreage on the water that feels like a bird sanctuary. Birds, wombats, and wallabies freely roam the grounds. The two bedroom home is fully equipped for comfort and meals, including everything to make pizza. Outside there is a large deck that leads to a sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, wood fired pizza oven, stargazing and fire ring. Cole’s Bay is close for restaurants and groceries, and Freycinet National Park is close for excellent hiking, swimming and ocean views. Can’t wait to go back. Enjoy!

It was a cottage from outside but palace from inside. The decorations and furniture are beautiful. The view of the private beach is stunning. It has a lot of condiments in the kitchen for cooking. The place is just one slide away from the beach, with white sand and all to yourself. Quite, isolated, and beautiful, and with Wi-Fi and smart tv, what can you ask for more?

The kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, a loaf of bread, a bottle of the best milk I ever had, plus butter & jam & 2 generous jars of muesli and granola. Wine, beer, and sodas were available for a reasonable fee. Coffee, tea, cooking spices, you name it, it was all there. And a big jar of cookies! Amazing thoughtful and fun. I really appreciated it.
