Amazing staff snd restaurant!

Peace and quite, I slept for just one night and wished to stay more. Olivia and Fabio warmly welcomed me, providing exceptional hospitality. My lodge “Black Iguana” was stunning, meticulously designed with a beautiful walk-in shower. The mattress was king and super comfy. The garden is beautiful and full of trees. The public beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and i was the only person on the beach so I fully enjoyed. I look forward to my return for a week-long stay, especially to see the new pool that was under construction during my stay. The attention to detail, Olivia and Fabio, made my short visit memorable. Highly recommended for a delightful getaway!

The best thing about the property was the privacy and the lovely garden location! You could be entirely independent and cook your own food using the fully equipped kitchen, or you could head out to nearby restaurants. You could also relax outside in the peaceful garden area and watch the wildlife. I would especially recommend this property for those who are remote working or need some peace during their holiday or trip.

Upon arrival Kyle made us feel welcome and at home. Kyle was extremely informative, accommodating, and his many years in hospitality is clearly an asset to this resort. My husband and I would go back and stay again here when visiting placencia belize.

My wife and I loved our stay at Swan Villas - Dolphin Villa. The owners were in excellent contact with us as we made our journey from the border by car. They were very welcoming of our registered service dog too which is not all that common when you are traveling. The villa itself was super clean and there were plenty of clean towels ready to use after a soak in the huge hot tub located in the living room! Internet was fast enough averaging 50Mbs. The villas are architecturally so much fun and the layout means that you have excellent views over the infinity pool, to the lagune water to the mountains, all this without being 'overlooked' by one of the 4 other villas. The property manager Miriam was absolutely excellent. She made sure that the hot tub was clean and water & chemical levels correct. If we needed housekeeping, she arranged it. If we wanted information about local services, restaurants, stores etc. - she was either found working around the property or just a WhatsApp / phone call away. We have nothing negative to say about the place at all, neither did the few other guests that we met poolside. In fact, we originally booked it for 3 nights but were so impressed with Swan Villas, Placencia and the people that we dealt with that we decided to extend our stay an extra 3 weeks!.. ...I don't think that you can get a better recommendation than that. We are going to return in the future and have already recommended it to family and friends.

One of the most unique properties we’ve ever seen. We travel a lot. The manager Miriam was exceptional. I run an Airbnb myself and know what it takes to try to please. Miriam makes it happen! She was quick to respond to any inquiries, picked us up at the airport, helpful information regarding the area and our next booking at a Vacasa resort. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had the best time at the placencia hotel, the welcome was lovely. Nice pool and spa facilities, very spacious room. All the staff were so lovely. I would return to this hotel, definitely recommend
