The setting was incredible. Right next to the winery. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The pools were wonderful, the steam room so relaxing. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front counter to the kitchen help to the housekeeping. The free breakfast selection was great. Our grandson loved watching the machine make his pancakes! He ate several with sprinkles. The pool was great for fun. The hot tub was perfect for a soothing relaxation - especially in December! We have tried 3 other hotels in Osoyoos. From now on, the Best Western Plus is our go-to hotel in Osoyoos.

Awesome location, right on the beach. The only negative was the small size of the room. Breakfast was included and was a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
