Iso vapaasti käytettävä keittiö ja mukavat yhteiskäyttötilat. Teetä sai ilmakseksi pyydettäessä ja vaatteet pyykättiin maksua vastaan. Upeat maisemat sekä Pilatus-vuorta kohti, että järveen päin! Hygieniatiloja oli sopivasti: suihkut ja wc-tilat oli erikseen ja lisäksi oli huone täynnä lavuaareja. Lukittavat kaapit sekä huoneissa että aulassa. Hissi!
