We loved this place, and for sure we will return. In a beautiful garden we had the ground floor apartment. The apartment was spacious with 3 sleeping room (the beds were great and there were many places to pack our things) and the living room was huge and nice furnitured. The kitchen was really fully equipped with owen and micro, and a big fridge. The garden was marveolus. We had a big terrace and we loved to stay there. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The water of the pool was really cold. The beach was not what we expected, but others told there was a storm before. In 5 minutes ride there was a supermarket with everything we needed. I suggest to rent a car. All in all great place to stay!

Amazing Villa, with an exceptional sea view

We very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Waves. The house is light and spacious, tastefully decorated and really equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms all are pleasant and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the magnificent view on the sea. From the back of the house it is just 1 minute to take a swim in the cristal clear water with no one else around! Svetla is an outstanding host: sweets from the bakery as a warm welcome; suggestions for trips, shops, bars and restaurants; immediate response to all kind of practical questions and very relaxed about anything to do with the use of the house. We felt very pampered.

To say Villa Sunshine is amazing is like say nothing. It was absolutely lovely and comfortable stay. All you might possibly need during holidays, you can find in the villa. We were greeted with cold water and beer 🍺. We could taste some local sweets. Even when we had some health problems with our son, we could count on help. It was the most amazing stay and we recommend it to everybody who consider staying in Cyprus. It is really close to do some sightseeing around Larnaca, Limassol, Lefkara etc. You have wonderful view to the sea. Just wonderful :-)

the staff members are around you 24/7 and for everything you need, making sure you’re feeling at home. great place for families with young kids and for long periods. you have to rent a car to go for almost everywhere but on the other hand, it’s in the middle of Larnaca, Limmasol and Nicosia what makes it perfect for exploring most of the island (troodos, ayia napa etc.) house is spacious with large backyard and balconies on each side, it has also strong wifi in house and around the pool.

Excellent location, very quiet place. Very beautiful garden was all to myself. The landlord Mrs Yiota was very caring, she has greeted me with the fridge full of snacks and a bottle of wine. It's a place for those who want to relax in own house and at the same time to be able to quickly reach Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which all are within 20-30 min drive.
