Quiet, and comfortable. Very easy location on Kalasataman metro stop to get to any area of Helsinki. Grocery, restaurants in building. 30th floor viewing area is amazing! Bedroom layout was great with each person getting their own closet space plus 3 drawers - very easy to unload suitcase and have stuff in one place. Nice shower with doors so entire bathroom doesn't get wet. We had no problem finding front door as we pinned address to GPS, walked out of metro station, down to ground floor and followed around building to the front door. Easiest exit is by Pancho Villa/Target but any will work. Great park area around building to explore. We enjoyed experiencing the new urban planning in Helsinki.
