Our family stayed at this property over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect, we honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. There was so much space throughout, with excellent facilities, and it was especially well equipped for cooking a Christmas dinner. We loved having a separate lounge so different members of the family could relax comfortably. The whole property was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and we really loved the style, colour themes and décor throughout. The bedrooms were spacious, spotless, and well presented, with plenty of storage. The kitchen/diner was ideal for socialising and opened out onto a secure, enclosed garden, which was perfect for our dogs. The location was fantastic, directly opposite the beach, making it so easy to head out for a quick walk. Karen was a wonderful host, friendly, kind, and great at communicating, answering all our questions promptly. She even decorated Christmas trees in both the kitchen and the lounge, which was such a thoughtful personal touch and really made our stay feel special. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Harwich. It was incredibly comfortable and had a warm, homey feel that made us feel relaxed right away. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the water and close to shops, which made everything super convenient. Paul, the host, was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
