El restaurant del costat on serveixen l'esmorzar està prou bé. Però l'hotel, el preu és car pel que ofereixen. L'habitació és molt petita i el llit massa curt.

El Balmacara Hotel està situat a la riba del Loch Alsh, a només 5 minuts amb cotxe de Kyle of Lochalsh, el principal punt per creuar a l'illa de Skye.

La situació és molt bona, a les portes de l'illa d'Sky. El personal molt amable. L'habitació acollidora, neta i còmode. Les instal·lacions en general estan molt bé. El millor de tot l'esmorzar. Hi havia un bufet amb molta varietat i a més podies escollir un plat calent. Recomanem molt aquest hotel a qualsevol persona que vulgui visitar l'illa d'Sky.

Tot, Lauren i Ryan, son uns amfitrions excel·lents, tot era amabilitat. Punt i a part mereix el restaurant, es menja fantàsticament, tot era molt bo. La habitació tenia unes vistes privilegiades al loch. I tornaria amb els ulls tancats. Molt recomenable.
