The property was on a quiet backstreet, but just a couple minutes walk into the main town, which was very busy. There is parking on the street that is paid until 6 PM. From 6 PM until 9 AM It is free. The apartment is very spacious. The host left us some basic breakfast supplies, which is very nice. There is a grocery store just behind the apartment is only about a two minute walk.

The location can’t be beat for easy walks to town and as a base for magical hikes in nearby areas. The place has all you need. Clean, well appointed. It doesn’t look like much from the street, but is great inside. Tons of room! Exceptional bed!

The little bay cabin was my favorite place I stayed on my 3 week vacation traveling thru the UK. The hostess was so friendly and helpful on things to do and see. The town of Oben was only a 3 min walk with lots of shops and restaurants. The cabin which is like a modern studio apartment with all amenities was overlooking the bay. Perfect and beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Absolutely perfect stay - cozy and beautifully decorated room, gorgeous location with many trails for long walks, kind and friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. The house is located about 20 mins walk/5 minute drive from downtown Oban but we had no problems walking or getting taxis in the evening.

We couldn't resist the SPAGHETTI ALLO SCOGLIO at the dining room during our three-day visit - a culinary masterpiece brimming with Langoustine, Mussels, Squid, and Clams in a tantalizing White Wine Garlic Chili Sauce.
