This is a fantastic guesthouse in a fantastic place. The hosts were kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The location is also excellent because it is near the sea and a bus stop.

Great location for a quiet stay in Totland Bay. Really relaxed atmosphere with bar for drinks in the evening and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. A few minutes walk down to the beach and a great place to watch the sunset. The hotel provided a great list of restaurants to try which was very helpful. Location close to beach, coastal walk and restaurants facing the sea with fantastic views to the mainland and The Needles. The management team are friendly, welcoming and all about customer service - from supply of towels to beach, to provision of bottled milk for tea/coffee facilities in bedroom and a well stocked honesty bar.

Perfect location - lovely and peaceful yet on top of a fabulous beach with superb restaurants within walking distance. Great good sized room with beautiful sea view. Added benefit of being able to leave the keys in a key safe when going to the beach. Only 10 minutes drive from the port at Yarmouth. The sunsets were beautiful and the views generally from the balcony made it very special. Lovely walk over the Headon Warren for a view of the Needles and Colwell Bay about 20 mins walk away.
