Location is superb, 5 minutes to the beach and the promenade. The room is comfy and clean. We liked the small details in the room for the convenience of the guests. We liked the most the personal - everybody so friendly and helpful, we felt like home.

Probably the best in Perrisa, we stayed for 3 days with a very good price. Love the 5 mins walk to the beach and enjoy a coffee there. Nice cute kittens accompany in the hotel. Very very good breakfast.

Isabella made us very welcome. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything you could need. Good air-con and excellent Wifi. Pool and loungers were fab - we mostly had the whole area to ourselves. Close to fab bakery for breakfast pastries and Carrefour for water etc. Also very handy for the bus stop ( buses are a great way to get around the island and very inexpensive )

it is an excellent place to stay in Perissa. literally across the beach, 1 minute walk. even if you are in the middle of the village, it is quiet, you have a private large garden to chill in. Has different sitting areas in the shade. the parking is large, safe and free.the staff is extremely well trained, and the host is just amazing. It is clean (daily housekeeping and towels/cosmetics are provided). We had complimentary water, wine, coffee and tea. the kitchen area is completely equipped and a mini market opens in the garden. also they can explain about history, experiences and things to do. We travel frequently in Europe and US, but this is the best hosting service we experienced at this category of accommodation. excellent value for money as well.

What great hosts!!!! We loved chatting with them, as they take an interest in each and every guest. Cleanliness is perfect! Everything you could need. If you need breakfast it’s 8€, so we did that the second day. They provided a map and details. Location is nice - a few min to the beach and next to the bus stop and bars. Extremely silent. Nominated in Lonely Planet and Michelin guide.... which was nice to see and easy to see why!! It’s like an old time bed and breakfast where you have a nice, welcoming host. If you’re looking for a relaxing place that makes you feel like home, you’ve found it!!

This place is just amazing, so comfortable room well equipped and designed with delicious breakfast served every morning and close to everything, Perissa Beach, super markets, restaurants, bus stops.. The hotel staff is very nice, the manager and his wife, and, especially Eve, is the nicest and cute person you'll meet in Greece. So many good things for this low price are a luxury in Santorini.
