Villa is located near the beach with a beautiful sea view. The beach in front is small but secluded, with shallow water thus suitable for children. There is sand and stones near the water line. The area is quiet, with few people visiting the beach. There are other good beaches to the south of the location, nearby. Close by there is a well supplied market and other smaller shops, including a pharmacy. There are parking spots in the street and alternatively on the property, inside the yard. The yard is beautiful with space to relax and a small shower to clean the sand when coming from the beach. The villa can accommodate 8 persons in four bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The three bedrooms on the second floor have private bathrooms and terraces. The bedroom at the ground level has a small shared bathroom. There is AC in all four bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwashing machine and a laundry washing machine. During our 7 nights stay, cleaning service was once provided with replacement of bed linen and towels. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the needed information. The hosts' family is also a small producer of bio olive oil that can be acquired from the nearby shop right across the main road.

We took the chance to book this villa for Mother's Day weekend at the last minute. We had a car rental, so being 10 miles away from the ferry was no big deal. We entered our destination into our GPS. It incorrectly took us on an unfinished road right through an olive tree field. We were all laughing....wondering what our "villa" would look like. Right before we saw it, our GPS told us our destination was on the right. When we turned right, you could have heard a pin drop. In front of us was a huge brick fortress. We doubted we were in the right place. Since we were almost 2 hours early, we contacted Yianna (the owner), and she gladly gave us the keys early. Our unit was huge. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living room with a flat screen smart TV. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine! The kitchen/living room had a smart TV. WIFI was included and not even listed!. The main bedroom also had a balcony. The beds were ridiculously comfortable!! We were staying on the second floor, so we also had a HUGE balcony overlooking the water by the front door. Every room had a view of the water, olive trees, or gardens. The unit appeared very new. Feel was "European" with vibes of Tuscany. The little touches like the beautiful fine glass lighting and candles put it over the top. Being able to grocery shop and eat breakfast with views of the sea was amazing. Had supper and breakfast downstairs over the water at Yiannas tarvena. Food was excellent. We are already planning a trip back next year!!! Don't let this little wonder pass you by! We were booked for 2 nights and quickly changed our return ferry date to stay one night longer. It completely exceeded our expectations!!! Price was insanely inexpensive!!!

The hosts at the place are very friendly and would help you if they can with whatever problem you may have. The rooms are clean, enough space, all of them have AC but for a price of course 😁. There is a small beach right outside of the hotel and if you want something bigger there is the Banana Beach that can bi a 10 min walk on the beach or 2,5km by car. In all we had a nice and pleasant stay.

The Villa apartment was phenomenal with the beautiful view of the ocean and the extra perk of the jacuzzi to enjoy the evening sunset. The location is very accessible from the ferry, into town and all the beautiful beaches. Easy to plan your day for excursions and explore the island. The owners Peter and Nick were very welcoming and helpful.
