The island was perfect. Just enough to keep you going (shop, coffee, resturant ect) but also had a lovely quiet feel for a relaxed island trip. The host was amazingly welcoming and made sure to see how he could make my stay even better. The house was simple, but not lacking, rather reminding you of a simpler time in the most relaxing way.

We spent a wonderful week here with our family, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Our room and all the common areas were spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a very generous and varied selection of fresh and delicious food. There was always plenty to choose from, and the variety easily met all of our family’s needs. A very special mention must go to the hotel’s care for our daughter with coeliac disease. At every single meal, the staff prepared separate, varied and delicious gluten-free dishes specifically for her. Their attention to detail and care gave us great peace of mind. Most importantly, she had absolutely no problems or symptoms throughout the entire week. This level of attention to dietary requirements is truly exceptional and made our holiday much more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. The beautiful pool right next to the sea was another highlight of our stay. The combination of relaxing by the pool and enjoying the stunning sea view made it a truly special and peaceful place to spend time with the family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment. Spotless cleanliness, incredibly kind staff, excellent food and outstanding attention to guests’ needs. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!

Great little place to stay for a few days in Novalja and a very kind host. Private entrance, well equipped kitchen, and a large, sunny terrace. We had a wonderful stay in these apartments and would definitely recommend them! The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sea is very close, and even our 5-year-old child had no problem walking to the beach and back. The island itself is beautiful, with many lovely and cozy restaurants. There are shops nearby and a wonderful bakery just a short walk away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us get the barbecue started, which was a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the garden with pomegranates, lemons, gorgeous hydrangeas, and fragrant lavender. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay – one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Hotel Olea is a beautiful, very modern hotel with basically everything you could possibly want: a huge breakfast selection, restaurant open throughout the day, excellent room service, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, spa, gym, two bars, parking and luggage storage. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and it was honestly the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in. The suite was huge, stylish and incredibly well designed, with a jacuzzi directly in the room featuring Bluetooth and colour-changing LED lights. There was also a wine display cabinet, a massive sofa, plenty of wardrobe space, beautiful lighting and a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything felt new, modern and luxurious. The room was also extremely quiet, and even details such as the air-conditioned corridors and fast elevators contributed to the feeling of a very well-designed hotel. The location is excellent if you have a car: around 5 minutes from both the centre of Novalja and Zrće Beach. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we actually extended our stay by an extra night just because we wanted to spend more time there. That probably says it all. An exceptional stay and a hotel we would absolutely choose again.

Great & friendly host, beautiful villa with all amenities, we even got extra an room in our apartment. Very clean & great parking access. Super close to city so we could enjoy long walks on the beach knowing we our villa was always close. Good location in terms of the whole island too.

The breakfast was good and quite varied. However, some items were not replenished later in the morning, so guests arriving around 9:00 had fewer options than those coming earlier. The apartment was well equipped with a lovely balcony with a sea view. The hosts were really welcoming, friendly and helpful and really wanted to ensure our stay was comfortable. They offered us a welcome drink on arrival which was great! The apartment is a 10minute walk from the village centre and even less to beautiful swimming spots! The sunsets are spectacular! We would recommend!

The house is located in a very peaceful area very close walking distance to beautiful beaches, center of the place and port. The owner is very nice and available at all times. We loved how house is decorated in a Mediterranean style with a lot of attention to details and we loved the large terrace with a grill and outside shower. Everything was clean and tidy, house is super well equipped and we would highly recommend it! ☺️

Everything in the apartments is thought out down to the smallest detail - architecture, equipment, furnishings, etc. The distance to the Blue Lagoon-style beach is 2 minutes. Thanks to Sandra, we felt like we were staying with relatives who knew exactly what we needed.
