The location. Frangky, his wife and Eda made the stay comfortable. The food was excellent (I really miss the fish) and everyone was very kind. There is usually chicken or fish but you can request vegetarian/vegan options. The beds were comfortable and the mosquito nets worked well (though I didn't notice many mosquitos). The location is excellent as snorkeling by the nearby beaches is great. You can see turtles basically every time you go. The nights are quiet and you can sleep with just a fan. If you need AC that is available as well. Frangky also offers trips and the dolphin trip was a good choice.

If you are coming here for snorkeling, Pangalisan beach and the area in front of Bunaken cafe n resto is the best and easiest shore-entry snorkel I have found. It's a 15 minute walk. The area directly in front of the homestay is not well-suited for snorkeling due to boat traffic and currents. It's so good that I'm coming back again.

Naca the host is so sweet and welcoming. There is just one room, but it is much nicer than the rooms my friends rented next door which was twice the price. If you want a cozy beautiful place to stay, and can get your meals and activities on your own, this is the best place

Great location across from big shopping malls but crossing the street was not easy. Clean room although a bit on a smaller side. Nice restaurant downstairs for bfast and dinner. Friendly staff.
