A very nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, snow-white towels and bed linen, comfortable mattresses, and a nice breakfast with excellent coffee! A pleasant surprise-daily cleaning with towel change.There is a small free parking space at the hotel. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beaches are mostly paid, with a very gentle, long increase in depth. There are several restaurants and a shop nearby, and the city center is a 15-minute walk away.

we had such a fun time here!! Location is super, you can make nice walks directly from the property. We have dogs, so this was extra nice. Pet friendly place, the surcharge is 5 euro per pet per night. The apartment was wonderful. All is renovated, it’s clean and comfortable. There are washing machines on the premises one can use for 3,50. Staff is super friendly. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely come back to this place!

Sara at the reception was super friendly and she explained everithing to us. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the "paied to entry" beach, and aroind 20 minutes from the "free" beach. There is a limited amount of parking in the Hotel yard, so if there is no place there you can park on the street or in the 2 designated parking aeras (but saturdays there is a huge market so it is prohibited to park there, keep that in mind as it has positivley suprised us, we walked out of the hotel and saw a loooot of people and goods :) ) The breakfast was delicions, and there was a variety of food and drinks. Overall the hotel is very clean, and the staff is super friendly!

Hotel situated very close to the restaurant, with parking on the street, the staff was very helpfull. The room is correct and clean.

Property was fully equipped, loved the small fridge in the room , fresh clean towels , clean rooms, view was pretty from balcony , very close to the beach , and to all restaurants, staff was wonderful friendly and helpful , breakfast was amazing all type of foods if you go with kids they can eat a lot too , loved fresh pastry and lots of fruits , coffee was absolutely delicious, I would definitely go back to this hotel in the future

Nice camp, very nice house, very clean

The staff are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome all the time. The bed is comfortable, shower hot and the balcony pleasant. The hotel has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors and the after 22:00 access is easy with a key card via the elevator.

Amazing Location sind People - the rooftop bar was Just stunning

Great location, great food, fantastic spa, very friendly staff. I celebrated my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and a lit candle at dinner. Really friendly. When we were leaving, we asked if they could extend our stay by 1 hour and they accommodated us without any problems. We will be back. Keep it up.

Beautiful, modern hotel, in a very good location, room overlooking the bay. Great spa area with saunas, pool overlooking the sea, and rooftop jacuzzi all make for a really relaxing stay at the hotel. The room was perfect - beautifully furnished with the best view ever over the marina through floor-to-ceiling windows!

Good location. Good safe parking. Walking distance to Grado city. Super swimming pool in roof. ROom was modern and nice. Good cooling. Balkony was fantastic with nice sea view.

Very calm and relaxing place to stay.

Perfect from start to finish. A hotel with a feeling of 'old Italy'. Family-run since 1937, vintage photos of the founders around the hotel and meeting them was a pleasure. The location is central and the breakfast buffet exceptional. Plus our dog really enjoyed it too!

Beautiful Exterieur and Interieur appearance. The rooms are very well equipped and the housemaids do a fantastic job every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful with planing activities and any other questions. Every morning you get a heartwarming greeting from the restaurant team and the breakfast in the garden will let your holiday dreams come true.

We liked the location, quiet environment of Pinetta Belvedere villaggio, spotlessly clean mobile home furnished with attention to the details and the friendliness and hospitality of our lovely host Anna. We will definitely come back in the future.
