We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It is an entire apartment, which we didn’t expect, that was very spacious and playfully decorated right in the center of town. The host was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent, especially the facilities for toddlers (our son was 14 months but had plenty toys to play). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a great hotel with small children. Also the New Year event was excellent with kids, as there was a lot of room for kids to play and they were not forced to sit at the table. The restaurant had excellent food and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean and perfectly fit for a toddler, there were no dangerous items/furniture. Also the pool was wonderful, perfect temperature of the water for a toddler, and very relaxing. We liked that we had to do a reservation and it was never overcrowded. The massages I had were excellent. I liked the bathrobe in the room and the direct elevator to the pool. Also very clean sauna and steam bath. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other families or couples.

Highly recommending this place!! Apartment rooms are very clean and modern , location is amazing,staff is very friendly and also supportive - we asked for a baby chair and we been offered with one , we asked for later checkout due to our train scheduled and we been offered for stay for extra time since we were travelling with little baby. laundary room was a nice bonus and also complementary breakfast on the morning of our check-out

This is an exceptionally beautiful and unusual place — a lovingly conserved/restored medieval village on a mountainside above the Lima River, with comfortable and rustically charming apartments and a delicious restaurant, surrounded by nature, operated on principles of environmental sustainability, and staffed with wonderful people! We were upgraded to a larger and very comfortable and homey apartment (grazie, Mila!) and given an excellent introduction by Daniela, who provided maps and some history and suggested things to do in the region. The breakfast buffets were bountiful, and on the last afternoon we joined other guests in a fun pasta-making class led by Daniela. Despite being somewhat remote (in a good way), there's a lot to do. We went on a lovely 8- to 10-km hike up a mountain trail, passing through several other villages; spent an afternoon in Lucca; and on a rainy day drove further into the mountains on winding roads with beautiful views and enjoyed a hearty Tuscan soup in a cozy restaurant in a ski village. We loved our stay here, hope to come back, and would recommend it to anyone who needs a little peace and quiet, the sound of a river, and the tinkling of goat bells.
