We stayed here one night while driving through Italy. The hostess was quite gracious. This facility was new. The room was clean, comfortable, quite, and had a great view. We definitely felt like we were not in a tourist trap. Breakfast was exceptional! More than a typical European continental breakfast. The Italian mountain villa ambience was wonderful. Nearby restaurant choices seemed plentiful and the one we chose was excellent; true local Italian restaurant (Santa Lucia).

This amazing accommodation overlooks the sea from a wonderful, private balcony. The host is the best part--warm and attentive. The breakfast both mornings went beyond expectations. There was a safe place to park our car and a restaurant a five minute walk away. Absolutely recommend!

- Stunning property, comfortable room. We loved the private patio overlooking the sea, framed by bougainvillea. - Great restaurants onsite. Breakfast overlooking the sea is a dream. Incredible croissants baked onsite, and we also loved the pizza. - Beautiful walk down to the sea through the pine trees. We wanted to bottle up the scent and take it home with us. Sea + pines is a dreams. If you don’t want to walk, they’ll arrange a golf cart. - Personal, warm staff, looking to help you at every turn. They remembered our names, helped us book excursions, and attended us throughout the day.
