Amazing view from the balcony. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms. Cleaning ladies did good job every day. Very polite staff - at the desk, in the bar and breakfast lounge.

The property was very clean. The host was very responsive to our queries and helpful.

The staff were all absolutely fabulous and very friendly and responsive. Very good quality cleaning every day. Basic continental breakfast from local cafe delivered to room each day. Some cereals and yogurt in room. Comfortable bed. Minimalist look to room but had the essentials and some gym equipment. So all in all we were pleased with it.

Very convenient walk to the castle and views of the bay. Lovely hotel without the crazy prices by the water. I have used the hotel 2 times now when using the ferry the next day. 15 minute walk to port or taxis close by. Can only speak for rooms that have the sideways view on the balcony of the bay. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. Have not had a car when staying there.

The apartment is exceptional with an astounding terrace and beautiful views. We spent a great week there, unforgettable! It is modern and well located in a quiet area. The private parking facility is very convenient. The hosts were great.

Beautiful well managed resort. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Nice and relaxing to come home too after a day of touring in and around the area. Swimming pool is beautiful and refreshing. Breakfast buffet had options for every tastebud, and included Gluten Free choices. The resort has a shuttle that will take you to and from restaurants etc. in the Portici area. The shuttle will not take you anywhere in Naples. The grounds in the area are stunning with palm trees, flowers and other vegetation. We ate several times at the restaurant and were not disappointed. Would 10/10 recommend. I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend. I spent a week here, and the owner was so helpful. The location is also very convenient. It's a nice quiet place very close to a bus stop so you can easily get around.

The host: We had a bit of a shocker arriving in Naples - left a bag in the taxi with passports & money in it. 🤦‍♀️ Giselle was amazing. Met us as arranged outside the property, took us through, showed us everything we needed to know about the property etc and then proceeded to help us ringing taxi companies and even accompanied us to the police station to file a report. Giselle spoke some English - we had no Italian - but used translator apps which was brilliant. As well as being our super-hero she also gave us tips of where to go and what to see. I cannot recommend (or thank) Giselle enough. 🫶 The property: A surprisingly large space - entry & dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, small lounge, large bedroom with such a comfy bed, bathroom and cute little internal courtyard. The shower is small - be warned - but brilliant water pressure. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Giselle had bottles of water for us, and tea/coffee sachets etc. There is a coffee machine and a small superette down the road to grab pods, milk etc. The area: we specifically chose Chiaia to stay as we wanted to be out of the madness of the inner city but right on the waterfront. Excellent walk along the water into the inner city. There is a little pizzeria down the road (yum) and superette, post office etc up the road.
