The property is in palazzo at the sea front. It’s clean,the bed is great,the stuff is beyond great and welcoming,ready to give you all the information about where to go and what to see over the cup of coffee and juice on your arrival . You have cold water,cookies and tea on you disposal all the time .We have enjoyed it a lot,and for sure will come back to Lungomare

Breakfast was yummy! Location is perfect. Room was beautiful. Ac worked well. Staff very nice and helpful with booking a taxi. I liked the treats.

Perfect location and staff, clean and comy room

Great apartment, we were a little unsure on area when we arrived but honestly it was great. Close to metro, small walk to train but we easily did it with our bags. Not as many restaurants close by that offered more than pizza at night but just caught the metro and we were fine.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast

The apartment is exceptional with an astounding terrace and beautiful views. We spent a great week there, unforgettable! It is modern and well located in a quiet area. The private parking facility is very convenient. The hosts were great.

The room is spacious and airy. We had the balcony to sit on or dry clothes and the hot tub which was lovely to get in on a few evenings. It was nice having our own kitchen, washing and bathroom facilities which were all great. Theres a main station just up the road and an underground station just down the road and the 151 bus stops outside. Location is good, its a little walk or metro/bus to further bars/resturants by the sea or in the city or other areas in the city inc the port for day trips but all manageable/easy. It's a bit more at the edge of some things but transport is good usually & we went to Pompeii, Capri & Amalfi coast all within easy reach with trains & ferries. The host met us to let us in, give the door codes and check if we needed anything else and was in contact through out stay to check if we were ok and if we needed anything else. Overall great stay.

Prime location, spotlessly clean, beautiful decor and surprisingly roomy for this city, excellent staff and amazing customer service (great advice for restaurant, took care of luggage, arranging transportation and parking, extra kid room... well beyond expectations). Very nice breakfast

Clean comfy and quirky in the nicer part of Naples as well

The host: We had a bit of a shocker arriving in Naples - left a bag in the taxi with passports & money in it. 🤦‍♀️ Giselle was amazing. Met us as arranged outside the property, took us through, showed us everything we needed to know about the property etc and then proceeded to help us ringing taxi companies and even accompanied us to the police station to file a report. Giselle spoke some English - we had no Italian - but used translator apps which was brilliant. As well as being our super-hero she also gave us tips of where to go and what to see. I cannot recommend (or thank) Giselle enough. 🫶 The property: A surprisingly large space - entry & dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, small lounge, large bedroom with such a comfy bed, bathroom and cute little internal courtyard. The shower is small - be warned - but brilliant water pressure. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Giselle had bottles of water for us, and tea/coffee sachets etc. There is a coffee machine and a small superette down the road to grab pods, milk etc. The area: we specifically chose Chiaia to stay as we wanted to be out of the madness of the inner city but right on the waterfront. Excellent walk along the water into the inner city. There is a little pizzeria down the road (yum) and superette, post office etc up the road.
