What did you like? - The host was very punctual and super friendly, we would like to give our thanks for a warm welcome to The Luxury Rooms in Nettuno. Super great location, stunning sunset views over the medieval castle of Nettuno. Highly recommend the top room with the terrace. The atmosphere in the room was super cozy. During our stay we felt like all our stress and rush was sinking away. Everything was tailored to the smallest details to make us feel like at home. We are greatly grateful for letting us spend probably the best days of this 2025 year in Nettuno. 10/10

We stayed here at the start of June this year and had the most amazing time to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. We stayed in Rome for a few nights beforehand and then carried on to Nettuno, the train was very easy and cheap to use and only an hour away. In hindsight, we would have stayed in Nettuno instead of Rome to do day trips to Rome as the hosts were happy to be tour guides around Rome which would have been great as they are fluent in Italian and English. The hosts were easy to communicate with over booking.com and met us at the train station which was a very easy walking distance to the BnB. The hosts Andrea and Sean couldn't do enough for us while we were there which made this holiday so fantastic. Excellent facilities in the BnB and all renovated in a nice modern way. We were served a lovely mix of food for breakfast every morning and then the place was cleaned while we were out exploring the beach and other top tourist spots around the area. There are cooking facilities in the BnB but with there being so many delicious and cheap restaurants to eat at, we couldn't help but eat out. There are also some supermarkets to get your own food and lovely cocktail bars to sit outside and admire the views of the beautiful rustic town and sea. Andrea and Sean guided us through Nettuno which made it so helpful to start off the holiday and they even took us to some local vineyards and wine tasting. The relaxing beach days mixed in with sight seeing in Rome makes Nettuno the most perfect holiday and these brilliant hosts are why we will be coming back again in the future.
