A wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was beautiful

The villa was perfect. It was huge and spotless, had everything you needed and the views from either side were incredible. You could have sunrise over the sea looking out from the pool area and sunset the opposite way over mt etna with a perfect view. There was also secure private parking and the location was excellent 15 minute drive to taormina and ideally situated close to the airport and other towns to explore also. Nando was an excellent host always there to help when I messaged straight away and he even had a display for my wife as it was her birthday including chocolates, flowers, sweets, champagne. I don't normally do reviews but this was the best place we have stayed in all our years and 40 countries of traveling. Thank you nando for an amazing time.

Nice size apt. Owner nice. Close enough to Teormina ( less then 20 mjn away) Kitchen equiped ok. Close to supermarket.

Grazie per tutto! Giuseppe, Maria and their cats made our stay so memorable in Sicily. They are the most caring, lovely and welcoming hosts that made us feel at home right away! There’s a huge garden with lemon trees, palm trees and also a nice view facing the Etna’s volcano 🌋 the whole place is full of antique decorations and beautiful ceramic vases. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable !! It’s crazy that we slept so well here. During our stay, when we were outside touristing we had a problem with our car suddenly it stopped functioning. Giuseppe and Maria were so nice, they offered to help us to bring us back to La Capanna by their car. It truly warmed our heart. The location is perfect if you have a car. La Capanna is located nearby the beach and not far from other cities such as Taormina and Etna. In general the local is very friendly, we got a lot of help when we were having problem with our car, a young couple helped us. Another nonna helped us when we needed change for cash. Thank you again! I hope to come back and see Giuseppe, Maria, Fernando, Fortunella, Nuvoloso and Tigre very soon! 💕

Entering the property was like stepping into a fairy tale! A wonderful 250 year old house, very well taken care off. A wonderful garden and great patio where an amazing breakfast was served by the owners whose hospitality went far beyond anything I ever experienced at a B&B! Inside many artworks welcomed us. The apartment has a beautiful big terrace with a view of the Etna! From a nice sofa you could admire the great environment. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could need was there: from a corkscrew to a water cooker, from a good bed light to lots of space. WiFi was great, parking was good and private. I can’t but recommend this gem! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sicily.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was always available whenever we needed anything. He was kind, helpful, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. He even picked us up in the city once so we wouldn’t have to walk, which we truly appreciated. His hospitality really made a difference. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

It provides a parking lot inside. The host welcomed us in front of the gate, so the checkin was smooth. The building and the area was very local and felt safe. Apartment was clean and has everything. If u have a car this place is good to enjoy Naxos and Taormina(10-15mins drive)

Great welcoming & friendly support throughout stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was very clean, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The location is safe and very convenient — just a 5-minute drive to many restaurants and the Naxos seafront, where there are plenty of dining options to choose from. The apartment had all the necessary utilities, even coffee pods, which was a nice extra touch. The hosts were super friendly and very, very helpful. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle free stay in the area.

The Location is excellent. Fantastic view, calm but still very close to Giardini Naxos and Taormina. Great pool and very spacious location.

Don't usually comment, but the person who was taking care of us was really really nice and understanding. My daughter and I really felt comfortable as she was empathetic. (Context: there was a train strike and plans changed a lot). Also, the place is very beautiful, green, there's a pool, chairs outside. I highly recommend staying here for more than one night and just chill.

Very kind staff, very clean and quiet, nice pool area, very good gym (with air conditioning), abundant breakfast, nice spa, possibility of massages.

It was a very peaceful and quiet place, with an amazing view of mount Etna from the bedroom. The balconies are amazing. It was very close to everything you need, bus station, restaurants, supermarkets, beach.

The location is fantastic - central but very quiet. The accommodation is modern and comfortable. Giovanni is a great host, always available to help.

I was in off-season. Great place to stay if you want to visit Taormina, Etna etc. Great view from balcony (5th floor). Very good breakfast. 60km to Catania airport. Definitely will stay here next time when visti that part of Sicily.
