We arrived at the location only a week after opening, so we had the opportunity to enjoy a completely new accommodation. Impeccable cleanliness, the hosts extremely welcoming and ready to help us with anything we needed. Diversified Italian breakfast served by the hosts on the location's terrace, nice and intimate. The car can be parked in front of the building and is safe. A few minutes' walk from the center and the beach. Oh, and one more thing, the extremely comfortable bed! I slept like a baby👶

Marioano was extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and clean. The location was perfect, very central and a short walk to everything, but tucked away that there was no noise from the town. Breakfast on the rooftop was also beautiful.

the location was out-of-this-world. the most breathtaking view, easily accessible from outside the city centre and due passi from the historical centre. quiet location and peaceful. the room was facing the ocean and the morning sun didn’t intrude.

Everything was way above our expectations. Giuseppe is the kindest, most helpful host we have ever met. He's such a nice person, he helped us with everything from our first day to our last day in Tropea. We had to leave to the airport early on our last day, so he prepared some cakes and drinks the evening before. Cleaning was done every day, we received new towels, new bed sheet every day. The breakfast was amazing, and the caffè...perfetto. :) If you are staying in Tropea book a room at De Loca Rooms, it's the perfect choice. We hope to be back soon to this beautiful place. Beautiful room! Well designed with upscale materials. Sunny room with a balcony with a nice view. There is also a nook with table and chair by a window. Nice marble bathroom with a great shower. The BnB hosts are a wonderful family who help guests in any way. It was such a pleasure to spend time with them. Thank you!

Host was excellent private parking on property. Close to the centre of town. 10 minute walk to the beach. would highly recommend staying here when in Tropea.

The property was located an easy walk (within 10mins) into the main town. Such a good location, was quiet at night and such a nice room to sleep and relax in. The hosts made us feel like part of the family with their beautiful breakfast and helped us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back again in the future.

clean, comfortable and great location. Flavio was helpful and very nice. there was a washing machine and a coffee machine which were a plus! I loved the artistic walls too.
