The room in general is clean and comfy

Breakfast was good, but could have included a bit more food variety Location was excellent Samar & Ahmad were very cooperative and responsive to my requests Room cleanliness was excellent The room was very well cooled

The front desk manager and staff at the check in counter are all very hospitable and friendly. Very good and respected staff.

I highly recommend it. We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but Jamil and Jina managed to resolve everything quickly. The service is impeccable and the property is well maintained. The restaurant is also of high quality.
