Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is clean and maintained. Breakfast was included each morning - a great addition to my stay! Location is great - only a short 10 minute walk to Jbeil Souk and a short few minute drive to the local beach/pools. The hotel was also surrounded by great shops, restaurants and cafes. Special thanks to Cynthia who always asked if I needed anything and always made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay.

Guys on reception were super helpful and friendly! They respond to any request and help with everything Very professional and friendly service what makes the atmosphere of the vacation very nice and pleasant . The hotel’s location is perfect: right next to the old bazaar, citadel and all the sightseeings and at the same time it’s beachfront with a beautiful view and perfect beach. Our room was upgraded to a sea view, and the view from it was amazing 😍 Highly recommend

Everything at this hotel is amazing. This hotel deserves to be a 5-star hotel. Everything about it is beautiful: the location, the atmosphere, the sea, the beachfront rooms, the overall cleanliness, the bohemian room design, the breakfast buffet, the spectacular view of the pool and the sea, the general cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, and the helpfulness of the staff, They upgraded us to a Luxury Bohemian Room with Sea View Balcony (3rd floor) at no charge and allowed us a late check-out because the driver was delayed. Me and husband went in late October for part of our honeymoon, and it was a great choice because the hotel was quiet, far from the summer season's crowd noises, the number of people was low, and the water was perfect for swimming, unexpectedly, ." I can't wait to visit Ocean Blue again!
