We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁

This was one of the best hotels in Mexico that we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is very well maintained and the service is very nice. The area may seem strange but it is a safe location close to the sea. The car park is quite large (it is not huge, so I do not know if all cars will fit in during high season). The room was just brilliant - nice, bright, great facilities (including a coffee set and fridge). The bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. There was plenty of everything. The ladies who worked there were also very nice. No issues with WiFi
