Incredible property, staff were amazing. The property is right on a beautiful beach and has amazing restaurants in the hotel. The buffet breakfast included was fantastic, had a variety of everything and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend and would love to go back!

I loved everything about the Hotel. The location is simply perfect, the beach in front of the Hotel was the one we liked most even after visiting several on different trips, perfect for the kids, the friendly and helpful staff and the wonderful cleanliness and comfort. Everything is great.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! I stayed in a Standard Double Room for four nights, and it was a truly enjoyable stay. Service & Staff 👏 From the Aquamarina restaurant staff to the front desk team, pool bar, and towel station attendants, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even better. Dining 🍽️ The hotel has four different restaurants, but I only dined at Aquamarina. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, offering a wide variety of options. The average dinner cost was around 450-500 pesos. I was happy to see plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices, making it easy to find food as a vegetarian. Another huge plus was having a Starbucks inside the hotel, which was super convenient for me as a remote worker. Room & Cleanliness 🏨 My room was spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. The hotel itself had a very clean atmosphere. The room was also well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a microwave, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Location & Safety 📍 The location is perfect—situated at the corner of the Hotel Zone, it’s only a 5-minute walk to nightlife spots like Coco Bongo and other clubs. I felt very safe walking around, even at night. I enjoyed taking walks along the bike path—1-1.5 km towards La Isla and 2-2.5 km towards Playa Tortugas. The hotel also has a stunning beach, which is one of its biggest highlights! Entertainment & Activities 🎶 The hotel hosts nightly events, which added a fun touch to my stay. One night, a Mexican singer performed, and another night featured a dance show—both were fantastic! Final Thoughts 💯 Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly believe the hotel is worth the price. I would definitely recommend it for its amazing location, great service, and stunning beach! Would love to visit again! 😊✨

We stayed at this hotel for four days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and has a pleasant, welcoming scent throughout. Our room was clean and beautifully designed as well. Our overall impression of the staff was excellent. The food was generally very good, but our absolute favorite was the French restaurant, where some dishes truly felt Michelin-star worthy. On that evening, Chef Erick was on duty and we had the pleasure of thanking him personally. The food was outstanding, and Jonathan and Martin at Co-quette took such great care of us that we genuinely felt like we had accidentally ended up back in France. Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day, and the restaurant Spoon did not disappoint. The selection was so extensive that I left every morning completely full and happy. My undeniable favorites there were Omar, who always brought drinks at supersonic speed, and Francesca from housekeeping, who worked so quietly and discreetly—exactly how cleaning staff should. Every morning at the reception area, Fernando greeted us and asked how we were doing, if he could help with anything, and whenever we had even a small issue, he immediately assisted us. He truly made us feel at home. The lower pool was heated and very pleasant for swimming and relaxing. The activity schedule was a bit confusing at first, but once you went with the flow, the activities were fun and enjoyable, and the activity hosts were always friendly and engaging. There was no unpleasant sales pressure, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a new Hotel so everything worked. All inclusive is great for budgeting. Very clean everywhere and the food was very good.

The best place to spend your holidays in Cancun! The staff of the hotel offered a great experience by providing a friendly but also professional environment. The food was tastefull! Every meal we had in place was offering a variety of dishes (variety of different international cuisines) as a result you were never felt without an option on food. The cocktails were made from 1st label drinks! The beach of the hotel is sandy and the water of the Caribbean sea is crystal clear.

Everything was really amazing. Stayed in many RIU hotels before but this is My favorite so far. There are so many different restaurants to chose for diner and all are amazing!! My favorite ones were “krystal” and “steak house”

Everything. Nice and helpful staff, many food choices, cleanliness, big and comfortable room. Lobby caffe open 24 hours. Great pool and beach, a lot of available sunbeds on the beach.

I loved everything . From the moment we arrived when we got greeted by staff with most delicious champagne to the very moment we left . Check in was super easy and all staff were so lovely and attentive . We had all inclusive so drinks kept flowing and the food was delicious . Oleo had few restaurants and you can take your pick where you want to eat . Staff kept smiling everywhere we turned and entertainment poolside was great too . I even got my cardio workout doing pool aerobics with great instructor . ( he was cute too ;) . Anything we needed , nothing was any trouble . Our room was beautiful and huge , overlooking the Caribbean Sea from one side and Lagoon and Isla Mujeres from the other side . This really is such an amazing place to stay at and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone who’s making stop in Cancun .

Nice hotel very well kept. Super clean and comfortable. Love the location in Cancun Centro where you can get a taste of real Mexican culture and local cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel. Great value and priced quite well.
