Beach Hotels in Cancún

It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

This was an incredible vacation! From check-in to check-out, the staff greeted us with smiles and a wonderfully relaxed, positive attitude that made us feel truly welcome. The food was absolutely fantastic - the variety of fresh seafood even exceeded what we had at an all-inclusive resort in the Maldives😅 The drink selection at the bars was amazing, so many options it was hard to choose! And every cocktail we tried was delicious🥰 Special thanks to animation team! We had a lot of fun in all games, Mexican bracelet and Guakamole workshops! And even won the T-shirt😇 We stayed in an Inspira room, and it was a truly special experience, especially the welcome treat with a bottle of sparkling wine and dessert waiting for us in the room. We also enjoyed extra perks like a private beach area where drinks were served right to your lounger, and a separate pool with a jacuzzi - such lovely little touches that made the stay even more perfect. Huge thanks to all the staff — you are amazing! We’ll definitely be back❤️

Swimming Pool, restaurant open until 10pm, yummy food, very spacious room, very kind staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay after having arrived at the airport.

Very nice location. Very friendly staff. I liked the fact that the contoy Agency who organised all the trips outside the area is located at the hotel lobby. For all the trips they come and meet u at the hotel entrance. I loved the transportation from and to the airport. I felt very safe as a female traveler. Thank you for the amazing time in cancun.

We liked everything, the people that works here are amazing,very friendly and do everything they can do to make your stay comfortable.

Staff and the hotel were great, and I couldn't say I could find any issues after reading a few less favourable reviews.. Rooms are a good size and very clean and cool. Also well serviced by friendly staff.. I got to the hotel long before my check-in time, and my luggage was looked after while I relaxed in the pool area. I then was offered a room way before my time, and I was not disappointed, infact I may have been quietly given an upgrade. To me, that was staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome.. There's a small shop for basics, etc, or pharmacy next to the hotel. Compared to more expensive hotels around it depends on your budget but for price this was good for what you really need..

The staff was perfect. I love the personalized service. I love how clean and well maintained the property was. Also enjoyed having a variety of restaurants to choose from. Transportation to and from the resort to the beach club was a smooth process.

Everything was great. The location, the staff, and all the entertainmnet. It is a great hotel to visit with kids. We didnt know the slides for kids were so great. The food was also delocious.

I highly recommend the Riu Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Aldo at the front desk was very helpful when I arrived late, and everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure to be here. The food was delicious. I highly recommend it and hope to see you again.
