Great location. Great breakfast on top floor with great view.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was very nice, the building , the view, the room, everything made it a comfortable stay at the hotel.

The manager (Raul) is very attentive and always present if required. The rooms are spacious and each has a large balcony with superb views. Breakfast is varied and delicious! I ate so much it lasted ne all day! The hotel has a magnificent pool scene and bar that makes it difficult to want to go anywhere else. One minute walk away are the beautiful beaches where you can lounge all day, watch the amazingly beautiful sunset or pose for social media pics on the rocky outcrops between the beaches.

I enjoyed everything. The staff is wonderful. My partner has never been, so he said he has never seen people be so kind and treat him so well.

Everything was perfect, people so nice, rooms full of space, the food was awesome.

The staff were excellent ..... they took a personal interest (Gabriella and Stephania), tried their best yo give excellent suggestions (Katya) and had a "no problems" approach to helping sort out issues (Juan Carlos)

Lovely spacious room on the 13th floor with a great view of the city and a partial ocean view. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge as expected for a Hilton. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Good cleaning staff.

When we got to the Hotel we received a good welcome. The room very comfortable and good Tv channels. The Staffs attention is very good.at ease

Beautiful water front view and beach not overly crowded bought 4 extra days loved it so much restaurants were great and delicious food if you like good weather and walking the beaches I highly recommend this place 🇨🇦👍

Our favourite place during our Mexico trip! We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.

Issues trying to get TV to work. It didn't matter to us. It would of been nice to have some music.

The breakfast buffet is very good and the serving staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really clean and our some of our caravan have pets so they were happy they could stay here. Check in was easy, and we ate at the on site restaurant, by the lobby. Rooms are kinda small, but all we were doing was sleeping and on our way early the next morning, so that didn't matter.
