Very clean. Nice quiet time of the year. Close to beach, restaurants and super Chedrui.

Beautiful heritage building with character & charm built in 1925 during the Henekken boom. The spacious veranda is overlooking the ocean, and the pool & recreation area is an additional bonus to stay here. The friendly staff is bi-lingual and eager to help. Thank you for the great service. We'll be back.

Excellent location for the price. Clean room, fast wifi, cute balcony and Netflix setup and ready to go on the TV.

Brilliant location. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is handy for everything!

The staff were incredibly nice! Very communal and friendly place. Felt very good for long term stays as well as short term. Good kitchen where you can cook your own meals, that was a big plus for me.

The pool was a great amenity. Nice outside area. Enjoyed the rocking chairs. Nice small sized accommodations. 5 units shared pool.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful as it was a 3 min walk. The house was airy and well lit. The pool on ground floor at the entrance was lovely. The lounge area next to it was also well thought. The kitchen was well equipped. There were multiple hammocks upstairs in the rooms and the balcony.

Cleanliness, steps to the beach, very attentive staff, nice pool and the best tacos ever right across the street. Plenty of A/C and hot water. Very comfortable bed too. There's an Oxxo about 10 blocks away. We were 10 minutes from centro Progreso by car.

Jacque is a terrific host---easily one of the best I've ever met. Views from the upper floor and roof were neat. The house is a real charmer, as as the two resident dogs. Easy walk to beach and several places to eat.

Everything was great with a couple good restaurants steps away

We were 1hr late and it was dark. We were directed by GPS to the wrong place. Then stopped using waze and used google and it directed us to the right place . We met a nice man who lived in the complex Allen from Edmonton Canada who helped us. He brought us over to meet the caretaker and he was the one who had the key and appartment access

The location, Joaquin was very friendly and attentive at all times... definitely worth the stay

Very nice welcoming Host. Cute hostel. Comfortable beds. Very close to the beach boulevard. Restaurants in walking distance.
