This is a gem of a property! The location - right on the beach - is heavenly. My cabin was beautifully appointed - coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils and cookware were all exactly perfect. They even had a cutting board. The bed was sublimely comfortable! It was so lovely to fall asleep to the gently sound of the water. The living area was cozy, in the best sense of the word, with windows that looked out on the water. Finally, I appreciated how available and responsive the owner of the property was; I had to make a small change to my reservation and he was fantastic to work with.

The location of the house is amazing! The views from both living room and sauna are stunning. The internet was great, I was a bit worried as I had to take a few meetings at work while there, but it worked great. Note that there is no shower inside, just a toilet and sink, but the shower is outside within the sauna (a separate building - with a nice walk to the ocean).

The place has an amazing location. It is right in the middle of the fjord with stunning views of the mountains and a little beach. Getting there was super easy with no issues at all. There is a parking space right in front of the property. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the listed amenities were there just like in the description. There are radiators in the bathroom and living room, plus two extra heaters you can use for the other rooms. We walked into a warm and clean house, which was a really nice after the long travel day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout the entire house. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding in the closet in case we needed them. We also found some cleaning supplies under the sink, which was super handy. The house might not have the the latest fashionable remodels, but was recently renovated and feels cozy and homey. The interior has a nice and authentic vibe: there is a painting of the Lofoten Islands that adds a local touch. The views from the windows are absolutely amazing. You can see the fjord, the mountains, and the crystal clear water, with waves rolling in when it is windy. It is just beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience life in the fjord in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
