first stay in a hostel. was happy I did. for a mere $67 US dollars a nite I got a double bed comfortable for sure. shared loo shower. but mind you the shower room was private while you used it w doors, options for laundry just $4 NZ for washer or dryer! and a view that was stunning! I had a car so I was spoiled. popped into 2 different town areas for meals, drinks, shopping—the beach was 170 steps down a cement pathway through a lush garden with birds singing! I’d absolutely go back.

It was so quaint and comfortable. The "boatshed" was truly delightful and the outdoor space is very pretty, peaceful and welcoming. It was fun watching the tide come in and fill in the cove.

Onetangi Beach Apartments is located on Waiheke Island, on the beautiful white sands of Onetangi Beach. It is a 35-minute ferry ride from Auckland CBD.

The property had a spectacular Ocean view, we loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable. The property was clean and spacious. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Location is amazing, right on the beach, just 5 mins. walking to great restaurants and wine bars. Bedroom is large and comfortable, very quiet, bathroom is very nice, lovely large gorgeous tub and underfloor heating. Fantastic deck and lovely hostess. Nice Nespresso coffeemaker with pods on offer.

Jake’s place was fabulous! It was clean, had a lovely terrace, a washing machine and dryer, and was perfectly quiet allowing for a wonderful sleep. The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride to the ferry on our last day. We cannot recommend this place enough.
