This hotel is pure class. Possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are brilliant, so kind and thoughtful. The food is really outstanding - Zale restaurant setting is so well done with great food, and it’s true the breakfast and lunch buffets are staggeringly good - oysters, lobsters, a DJ playing lounge beats, tick tick tick. The location in the upcoming Al Mouj area is great for walking out a bit which is a bonus over resort type hotels. Private beach, nice pools, bowling alley all great for our kids.

Absolutely stunning hotel and room, everything is convenient and modern without being too complicated (I mean i don’t like too smart new-style hotel). Here is the classics of the hotels. Design is nice. Personnel is perfect and very proactive. I liked the people at the reception and fitness team. Fitness team is experienced, they even help you with some exercises. Hotel has its own private beach, it is clean, convenient and picturesque. Also they boast the unique mix of the restaurants at their building incl Novikov and Greek and Italian one

Decent size room with a great view. Lovely private beach with sunset views. We rented a car for the day (very easy to do at the car rental within the hotel) which helped with accessibility as there isn’t much at walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great location right on the beach with numerous good quality cafes and restaurants next door. Easy drive to Muttrah, the old town and to the airport. Views were pleasant. Be aware that the balcony is shared. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and fresh water provided.

Excellent location with access to a private beach. More than enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, even on the busy days. Pool area was excellent and the poolside service was generally excellent (only one exception). Room was large and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Overall the level of service from hotel staff was excellent.
