Personeli yemekleri konumu temizliği

Otelde yaşadığımız bir sorun ilişkilerden yönetim ile iletişime geçtik çalışanların olumlu yapıcı davranışları sayesinde sorunumuz çözüldü ve mağduriyetimiz giderildi müşteri memnuniyetini gösterdikleri aşırı dikkat takdirinizi toplamıştır

Herşeyi sevdik. Çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar mükemmelden de öte hizmet sunuyor.

Resepsiyonundaki çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Otel tam bir otel gibi işletiyor. Yani profesyoneller.

An Outstanding Example of True Hospitality As a hospitality professional with many years of experience in the tourism and hotel industry, I evaluate a hotel not only by its rooms or facilities, but by its management philosophy, service standards, staff professionalism, and the overall guest experience. I was genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort. From the General Management to every member of the team, there is a clear culture of listening to guests, understanding their needs, and making them feel genuinely valued. The entire operation is exceptionally well organized, and this professionalism can be felt throughout the resort. From the warm welcome and accommodation to the restaurants, quality of the food, and especially the breakfast, every detail reflects care and professionalism. Most importantly, the staff are welcoming, courteous, attentive, and professional. Maintaining such consistent service standards across a resort of this scale is a clear reflection of strong leadership and a well-trained team. I would confidently recommend this hotel to travelers coming to Cebu from Turkey, Europe, or anywhere else in the world. This is not simply a beautiful resort to stay at; it is a place where you can experience genuine hospitality at an international standard. My sincere appreciation to the General Manager and the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. A hotel I would gladly return to and highly recommend.
