Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect! Close to the Canal and downtown area. There was also access to the beach about 1-2 blocks from the hotel. We had a 'land view' room, but still a great view of Duluth. The staff were great!!! Friendly and helpful. My daughter really liked the s'mores bar in the eveing. Really like the lounge as well. Definitely will be booking a stay there again in the future.

Went above and beyond getting us a great room with a view for our trip. Breakfast was good and hot, wish there was a bacon option always available but I don’t blame them for switching it up day by day. Perfect location in a walkable city and felt very safe inside.

The location was great! We walked across the bridge to Canal Park. We were close to the beach, that was disappointing because there was a bad smell, and there was some sort of organic material all over the place.
