Amazing place to stay. Great location. Just 10 minutes away from the airport (30 minutes walk). Staff are very nice and helpful. Clean linen, clean toilet and shower. Nice decoration, not that it matters too much, but it feels nice. Sufficient included breakfast. Pool at the roof is great! very nice place to relax and do some work

We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Lotus Grand Hotel, which is located close to the beach of Đà Nẵng. On arrival, we were welcomed with fresh drinks and a fruit platter. The hotel as well as the rooms are new, spacious and equipped with a big TV, but the best thing about our stay was the great service. Special thanks to Ms. Hợp, Ms. Huyền and Ms. Khanh, who helped us e.g. on restaurant recommendations, places to visit, ticket bookings and many other things. But also many thanks to all the other staff members for always being friendly and welcoming. We actually liked our stay so much, that we booked the same hotel again for one night after coming back to Đà Nẵng from a two day trip to Huế. So definitely a recommendation.

The hotel was such a great place to stay. Located near the Nam Market and Dragon Bridge. Great restaurants near by and the staff was amazing. The hotel also provides transportation from the airport. The breakfast that was included was delicious and had a great variety of items.

The staff was very accommodating. Helen and her team always tends to our needs and is very much willing to help us. The food was great and the room was very clean.
