Great hosts and room. Very safe location with views.

The view from my room. The bathrooms were so clean, kitchen, dining room and sitting room were so spacious. The location is perfect for penguin viewing and easy to find! John was so friendly and helpful :)

I loved the house it was true to the pictures and the Neighbours were super friendly.

We loved everything! Room was so clean, pillows smells perfect. Warm welcoming, gifts provided(like banana, apple, snacks etc). Comfortable bed, perfect location. Felt like we are at home thanks to Tom and Liz.

This establishment is very centrally located in Simons Town is a very safe area. We had a beautify sea view apartment with two bedrooms and a large full bathroom with shower and bath tub. We could park our car on street level without any worries. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and luxurious. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate our need to store our luggage for two nights between stays. They even do the dishes for us. We can definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again when we go to Simons Town.

Fantastic location, very well maintained, a lot of attention to details

Avian Leisure has the most wonderful views of the ocean from both the spaciois master bedroom and living room, which walks out on the deck. It is well equiped, leaving you with even the possibility to do some baking. Crispy white, good quality linen compliments the rest of the furnishings. Many different birds and a turtle visited the natural fynbos garden during our stay.It is within just a few minute's drive of the famous penguin colony, and a little bit further to the Red Dumpling (with excellent Asian cuisine) and other good restaurants and small shops. Kathy received us friendly, explained everything we needed to know and shared good information about the area.

Booked on for a few days but ended up staying a lot longer. Brilliant accommodation in a very safe area with quick access to Simon’s Town.

Peter was an excellent host. Our room was perfect with an amazing view. We stayed for two nights so that we could do the national park and go shark diving. All was amazing.

Everything as always and this time they had upgraded the lounge 😍

This is my second time staying at Neville’s house and one more time it’s WOW!!! Super friendly Neville and Isaac, super clean house and views from the terrace are just WOW! I’ll definitely be back once again.

The place is comforable, cozy like home, close to the beach 500m and you can enjoy the peace, silent and privacy.

Amazing Location. Apartment was nice and cozy. Very peachfull. Walk away from the beach. Amazing views. Sunrise was spectacular from the comfort of our bed.

Location, facilities and staff

The facilities, the welcome basket with wine and snacks. Lawrence was available to give us a tour and hand over the keys. Amazing views. Was able to go shopping and cook dinner for all.

Amazing location right by Boulders Beach. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the peace and quiet; just the sound of the penguins in the background. Great food and such kind, helpful staff
