The heating worked well (there was 2 Celsius degrees outside).

We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

Armenian Camp is a special place. I am sure everybody who likes active recreation, nature, silence, good homemade food, and genuinely kind and sincere people will appreciate it. I can’t recommend it enough. Our room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary. We especially enjoyed our terrace with a lake view. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared by Vardui and Marjam were delicious (honestly, way better than in fancy Yerevan restaurants). While my mother was chilling out on the beach and reading on the terrace, I went on solo and group hikes (organized by the host Samvel and guided by a local guide David) and on canoe trips. There is also a bar on the lake shore that serves local wine, cognac, and more and has a special atmosphere and an exceptional bartender Tanya. Armenian camp is a place to come back to.

My stay at this beautiful B&B was truly exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a huge spread of homemade jam, organic cheeses and eggs, fresh breads, and delicious Armenian coffee. Nina and Yuri are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. It was an honor to stay in their lovely home, where I felt treated very well and completely comfortable. My room was wonderful, filled with an abundance of natural light. I only wish my stay could have been longer! The B&B's location is perfect for exploring, being conveniently close to Lake Sevan, which I enjoyed walking to. Yuri also offers excellent tours at good prices. He took me on a memorable tour in his classic Mercedes Benz, visiting the stunning Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan, and the historic Sevanavank Monastery by Lake Sevan. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!

Firstly, what I appreciate most is the attitude displayed by the staff in making sure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With special mention to Marie who received us and arranged a tour even at the last minute request .Our language barrier was not a hindrance though as she is always equiped with her translatr app😊. I thank Angeline too who speaks English well with a happy grin as always ready to help. i want to commend our chauffeur David who was also a great tourist guide and like a big brother to my kids. The food in this property was also excellent. We love the breakfast. The property itself is relaxing and my kids really enjoyed the playground and the pool.
