We were staying in Apt 1 and got clear guidance how to reach to the place, is really hidden gem for people looking some nature and quiet stay. House is adorable and has everything, newly and warm equipped, kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, coffee machine. Even though really warm days it is cool inside and fresh. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and heuriger. We had really wonderful stay and long weekend that want us to be back to Spitz again.

We loved everything about this place because first of all it was not a typical place to stay at when you travel and rent an apartment or house. This place is in a very old 750-year-old house with original stone floor and walls and the wood! If you like places like this then you will like it because you enjoy the feeling of being in this place. We traveled during the winter so we needed the fireplace which we had to put the wood in to keep the house warm. There were heaters there of course, but the fireplace adds it's charm as nothing compares to the real fire. The place had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. The kitchen had a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. There was a washing machine as well. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this house and it was a unique experience being there. The host, Michael was very nice and came to greet us upon arrival and showed us around the house. Thank you!

Located 600 metres below Melk Abbey, which belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage, Hotel Stadt Melk offers free WiFi and parking, and newspapers. Excellent location at the foot of the Melk Abbey in the town center. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff showed us the many opportunities around the area including the best way to visit the Abbey. The breakfast was a great selection of quality items and good coffee to start your day off right.
