Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and so clean. The bed was so comfy and the food was good!

I stayed here for the first time five years ago and had such fond memories of the hostel that I came back on a recent trip to Cairns. It's cozy, comfortable clean and relaxed, just as I remembered! The staff accommodated an early access to room as I had booked a spa before check in. The room was amazing, so luxurious and funky. Everything was amazing. It was my birthday so was a very special stay. I used the spa, had a treatment, ate and drank on the wet deck. I fully appreciated the 12pm check out. I ordered room service and really made the most of the room.
