All rooms were big & comfy & heated, the terrace & view were a delight. Coffee machine was a big plus, stove, refrigerator in very good condition and clean, dishwasher new, i guess I was the first one to use it. Free entry at the pool & jacuzzi, my kids enjoyed them very much.

A very cozy apartment in a holiday complex, not far from the main road but very quiet, with swimming pool and parking behind a fence. It has a bedroom and a living room with doors to a terrace and from there you are in a few seconds in the pool. The place is well equipped, with a washing machine and a dryer, and the bed was really comfortable. Despite the summer heat, the apartment stays relatively cool, as it has direct sun only in the early morning, so we didn't need to turn the AC on. Razlog and Bansko are really close if you want to go shopping or sightseeing, and you can drive up the mountain a bit to get to the hiking paths. The interaction with the host went really smooth and uncomplicated, and the guard was really friendly.

Very helpful and welcoming host. Cozy Christmas atmosphere in the living room. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed. Especially appreciated the De’Longhi Dedica coffee machine, the Adax inverter heaters. The beds were very comfortable, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had excellent experience. The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

We traveled with 3 small children and I can say that the accommodation is absolutely suitable for families. The apartment is comfortable, warm and fully equipped. The host is available and cooperative in every matter. The hotel has a swimming pool, relaxing rooms and a playroom. The restaurant has a solid offer and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for families with small children.
