I strongly recommend the place! The complex and the service were great and the staff were so kind and polite! It was all clean, comfortable and set in order! Definitely going back there! ❤️

Everything - this is not the first time we visit this hotel, been there in the winter and I can definitely say any time is good to go there. It is clean, also if you are with small kids it has different places (garden, kids' pool, playground) but it doesn't feel too crowded (meaning even without kids, you will not be disturbed and you can have a good rest).

We visited Aspen off season, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the proximity to Pirin. It is also convenient to have free parking on site and a restaurant as otherwise we would need to go by car to another restaurant.
