Placencia Beach is a few steps from the hostel. Placencia Airport is 4 km away. The owner was extremely helpful with information regarding the ferry from Punta Gorda to Livingston. That was so kind! In general, the hostal was clean, super chill and I enjoyed my time there very much.

This was our first "luxury" stay we've ever had, and we loved it. The room was very clean and set up nicely for us upon arrival. When we first got there, we were offered a drink and they got us checked in quickly then showed us to our room. They gave a brief overview of the room and everything available. During our stay, it was our nice little retreat when we got overwhelmed/tired from exploring, which we did a lot. The bartender was awesome and nice to chat with. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. Not once did we feel like we weren't welcome there. Hopefully we can be back some day.

The Placencia Peninsula is quite expensive but this place was ideally located, comfortable and a terrific value.
